When a family is forced to leave a violent home situation, or a young person finds themselves on the street, often even the basic necessities of life can seem expensive and out-of-reach. Things like deodorant can be a costly addition to an already stretched budget.
‘Our Care Packages’ is a program designed to meet the needs of these young people and families. A care package full of basic necessities is provided free of charge to those in need.
This program not only gives these young people and families practical help, but also symbolises the opportunity available to them to wash away the past and begin to care for themselves again.
