Lu is a passionate community-builder, artist, and facilitator serving SCWQ’s mission through the Withcott Day Village & Family Wellbeing Centre. With warmth, creativity, and a heart for connection, she works to transform the Day Village into a sanctuary for parents, carers, children, and families to meet, rest, and flourish.

Each week, Lu opens the doors—welcoming people over tea, listening to stories, and nurturing the relationships that grow between neighbours. Her vision goes beyond just space: she believes in the power of play, music, shared meals, and sanctuary to heal and strengthen community bonds.

With her warm smile, empathy, and creative spark, Lu embodies SCWQ’s mission: to weave connection, nurture belonging, and uplift lives one heart at a time
